• Premium terrace ticket – a raised partially covered standing grandstand, with amazing views of the great oak stage
• A reserved private area of the standing all terrace – accor live limitless grandstand, for great oak hospitality guests
• Private bar for great oak hospitality guests, serving complementary selected wine, beer, spirits & soft drinks (open from approx 5.00pm until 30 minutes before the concert ends)

• Pre-concert hospitality at the Bulgari hotel (from approx 4pm)

Pre-concert hospitality at the Bulgari hotel, a short walk from the concert area to include;

• Welcome prosecco
• Open bar serving selected complementary wines, beer & soft drinks before the concert
• Bowl foods & canapés before the concert (family friendly)
• Mediterranean style food before the concert
• Italian pasta bowls
• Informal seating
• Vip laminate and lanyard for each guest
• Documentation for each guest e-mailed in advance
• Mark butler associates event management staff & hosts in attendance

Please note: The official PREMIUM VIP cannot be resold on Viagogo, StubHub, Ebay or any other secondary ticket sites. If any packages are seen for sale on these sites they will immediately be deemed null and void. Strictly no re-sale. Full details will be given in the event documentation which will be e-mailed to bookers approximately 10 days before the event. Full payment is due on booking. All our terms and conditions apply, a copy of which is available on request. In the event that the show is postponed or cancelled, we would offer refunds to any client that cannot make the new date. However please note, some small administration charges would be retained. Please note that there may be additional measures in place to ensure the safety of staff and guests in relation to COVID-19 which may vary according to health and safety and government advice at the time of the Event (and your breach of any of these may lead to you being refused Entry and/or ejected from the Event).
