At Brow Farm we offer bed and breakfast in a grade II listed barn conversion. The barn, which dates from 1769, has been sympathetically converted and updated to provide comfortable, high quality guest accommodation with every room having glorious views of the Pennines. The shop in Dufton has now closed. Please give 48 hours notice if packed lunches are required.

YHA Dufton is a great base for outdoor activity breaks exploring the wild moorland and green valleys. This accommodation in Cumbria is the perfect opportunity to stay in Europe’s first Geopark, an area of great geological interest. YHA Dufton faces the pretty village green near to the Pennine Way, and is perfectly placed to give easy access to Cross Fell and High Cup Nick. YHA staff also reside in an adjacent building, so we're always nearby! The area is good for walking holidays and cycling holidays or just a relaxing weekend break.

The owners of Bongate House, Appleby in Westmorland, will collect/return you from Dufton on the Pennine Way at a convenient time, the cost is £10 per journey for this service.
Our nine bedroom guest house is conveniently located on the outskirts of the attractive Eden Valley town of Appleby-in-Westmorland, the house has extensive gardens with fine views over the River Eden and Appleby Castle.
Bongate House attracts guests from all over the world, and is popular with walkers, cyclists, those touring the North of England - and those who just want to get away and relax!
