A warm welcome awaits you from your hosts Margaret & Brian Fountain on their 180 acre mixed farm in the beautiful, picturesque Boltby village. It nestles in the valley below the Hambleton hills, in the midst of the Herriot Country and on the edge of the North Yorkshire Moors National Park. The 18th century stone built farmhouse has full central heating, comfortable en-suite bedrooms with original old oak beams. Lifts are available to and from the route.

Willow Tree Cottage ofers a choice of two large luxurious rooms with magnificent views. The B&B room has its own balcony, kitchenette and bathroom. The Studio has a summer house, garden, wood burning stove, fully fitted kitchen and shower room. A lift to the pub in the evening and back up the hill to the Cleveland Way in the morning is available. An option of a two night stay, with car parking whilst you walk the Cleveland Way is available, please ring for details. Lie in bed or in comfortable chairs to enjoy the views and relaxing surroundings. We have been listed in one German hiking book as the best place to stay on the Cleveland Way. Many guests have written to us after their visit to say how much they have enjoyed their stay.
